The History of Foresight WBC

Established in 1994. the Foresight World Benchmarking Consortium was created to provide global companies access to affordable world wide survey normative data. Over the years the consortium has grown and now includes data from over 120 counties. The consortium is home to some of the world most respected and admired organizations including at least 10 industry leaders. Periodically consortium members will gather at summit meeting to discuss trends and best practices to further advance the field of surveys. These meeting have assisted members as they learn more about employee engagement, 360 assessments, online survey technology and other current topics.

Today the Foresight World Benchmarking Consortium continues to grow by adding new members, survey items and summits.
