How to Become a Member of the Foresight WBC:

To become a member of Foresight WBC your organization must agree to the following requirements and submit your survey questions and demographics for review:

Selected member companies are required to employ a minimum of 1,000 employees. The goal of FORESIGHT WBC is to allow companies from a wide variety of sizes to join and collectively share employee engagement data. By doing so, companies ranging from mid to mega-size can obtain normative data that is most representative to them.

Selected member companies submit their survey questions and demographics to a Foresight WBC team for review. The Foresight WBC team will identify questions and demographics matching the current or future Foresight WBC data base items. If you have not started your survey process or are willing to modify your questions please note that in your submission. All submissions will be confidential and completed within 10 business days of receipt. Please send your survey questions and demographics to: WBC@foresightint.com
Selected member companies must include a minimum of 10 FORESIGHT WBC survey items in their employee survey.
Selected member companies must submit data to FORESIGHT WBC once every year, or a minimum of every two years.
Selected member companies must pay an annual fee of $2,000 USD to maintain their membership to access the database for reports. Newly selected members may access data in the first year if they meet all requirements.
FORESIGHT WBC strives to select the “Admired” companies from around the globe as members to maintain a high level of integrity in the normative data. Please include in your summation why your organizations should be considered.
